CARE AND SUPPORT

- Continuous monitoring of heart rhythm, blood pressure, oxygen and breathing
- 24/7 intensivist cover and one-to-one nursing support
- On-site endoscopy, bronchoscopy, laboratory and pharmacy support
- Keyhole surgery and specialist review as clinically required

REFERRAL PROCESS
1. Call or WhatsApp either 24/7 referral line.
2. Speak with a clinician about the patient's condition and current support needs.
3. Confirm bed availability and agree a transfer plan before transfer.
4. Send relevant medical records, current medicines and investigation results with the patient.
